	INTRODUCTION How y'all are? I'm Ransom Curtis - Landman, Abstractor, would be Genealogist, and general land title maniac. Anyone remember my father, Charles R. (Charlie) Curtis? I still access his files from the 1940's-1960's, so I can review how he prepared a document. You weren't just pulled off the street in those days. You were a scout first, and then slowly moved you way up the ladder to the position of "Landman", a person whose quality of work would seldom be questioned. And that standard of excellence, my friend, is what I strive to maintain.
	GENERAL INFORMATION Experience: My father started training me while still in High School in the late 60's. After College, I started full time in 1977 @ thirty-four (34) years ago. States Worked: Louisiana (North & South), Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and California. I am a proud survivor of title work in the Atchafalaya Basin and the River Parishes. Three desktops and one laptop, all with the latest software. I consider myself fairly computer literate; gee, I even created this site.
